Mobi Tiles are a math and logic game. They are a great way to introduce your child to numbers, counting and addition. The come with 86 plastic tiles with numbers 1-10, wild cards and plus, minus and equal signs. Play single player and add up all your number tiles like dominos. For more fun, play with 2-4 players and be the first person to use up all of your tiles to win.

Positives

Tiles are well constructed and sturdy, do not break easily, easy to pick up and hold. Numbers do not wear off and are easy to read. There are enough tiles for multiple players to play at the same time. Racing other players is fun and challenging at the same time when you get down to the last few tiles. Booklet comes with it for ideas on play progression. If your child outgrows the original game they can be used as manipulatives or basic math problem solving.

Negatives

Kids with strong math skills may find this boring. Single player game play is a lot less fun and entertaining – my daughter was quickly bored playing by herself. Making them like dominos can require a fair amount of space on the table. Tiles are small so they are a choking hazard for small children and pets.

Subject Recommendations

Mobi tiles are best suited for teaching math while also improving fine motor skills by picking up and placing and aligning the tiles.
